The installer can to review the window tint to be replaced and took the measurements.. He was on time and very professional.
The appointment to remove the scratched window tint was scheduled in conjunction with my work schedule. The installers arrived on time and removed the scratched window tinting. The installers informed me that the window tinting I had another company install was not the Huper Optik that I paid for. The installer advised me how to check for genuine Huper Optik window tint. The window tint was installed and I was advised to expect bubbles on the windows for at least a couple of weeks.
Approximately two months later, a large size window still had bubbles. The installer returned to the condo, and demonstrated that there was water in bubble and to wait at least another month. He said that he will take care of the bubbles in the window tint if it was not gone. I was very happy with the customer service and the honesty of the company.
