It was/is a disaster! They were 3 days late in the pick up in Pa. We are still waiting 18 days later for our belongings to be delivered! I have talked to 8 diffrent people over the course of this ordeal and no one has been forthright and able to solve any of the issues. They continue to promise dates for delivery and then keep moving it back with excuses of "mechanical problems", "clutch went out" etc. Today 2 different "customer service" reps have given me 2 different answers as to whats going on. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!
