Ok.. this becomes a very complicated story very fast.. We used All Pro for new impact windows first then for a new impact glass front door, outswinging as is current code, and for a new wall of impact sliders. It took long enough to get our windows in..about 5 months... but suffice to say All Pro told us 5 weeks out for the new front door and slider and it ended up being SIX MONTHS OUT. At every turn there was a new excuse. A new lie. They pulled a permit.. they didn’t pull a permit. They came in.. no they didn’t come it... we have to build the frame for the door. ( no that is built onsite ) we called you.. no they did not call. Now, once the work DID begin, one slider panel was drilled wrong so it had to be installed upside down. On the fly I asked if they had trim to cover the holes and they did, so instead of waiting ANOTHER 6 months for another panel I solved the issue myself and you would never know it was originally wrong. Their installers are great guys, but the owner Jim... frankly is a bald faced lair. He will shine you on and tell you anything to get you off his back. Why we didnt actually get results until we started dropping by their 53rd st office. And even THEN it was like pulling teeth to get a striaght answer. Don’t bother with these people... their work ulitmately is good, due to the guys they hire, but their business acumen sucks. The final straw was when the last of the work was done they purposefully said, leave the stickers on for the inspection. Then weeks go by... and then we call ( we always had to call them ) and get from them on that Friday that the inspection will be the following Monday. Monday comes and goes and we call..yet again.... Oh we didnt pull a permit... WHAT !!! ??? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Liars to the very end.

I always give praise where praise is due and I also feel it's my responsibility to caution others about businesses that take advantage of our inexperience or naivete.
I'm calling-out Allpro Windows & Doors, Inc. on NW 53rd Street in Fort Lauderdale, FL. who installed my hurricane impact windows 11 years ago.
Without going into specific detail, suffice it to say that my personal experience with All Pro has been so ridiculously frustrating that I've contemplated a lawsuit more than once. Fortunately, I have better things to do with my life, so they lucked out and will just face this scathing review. I'm listing the basic facts below:
 . There were giant gaps in the caulk;
. Caulk was missing on one entire side of a window (this flooded my condo during heavy rain, more than once before I discovered the  source of the    problem);
. They left holes/gaps in my tile and walls from the installation;
. They ordered the wrong balcony doors for my unit. (Confirmed by PGT Industries, the manufacturer of the windows)
. They installed the doors with parts missing.
. They installed the doors incorrectly.
. They did not honor and denied their 'Full 10 Year Warranty' even though it was handwritten on my receipt.
. They refused my phone calls for a year and a half with one exception when they promised to get back to me and never did.
After Tropical Storm Isaac, when my unit flooded again (I was ringing out towels for 12 hrs straight), I gave All Pro one last chance to make good on all of this and Jim Martin, the owner, promised he would get back to me within 3 days; he never contacted me.
As a last resort, I wrote PGT Industries, the manufacturer and they came out and repaired everything they could for me. They did confirm that the wrong doors had been installed but there was nothing they could do about that. PGT didn't have to honor what All Pro was supposed to but they did. PGT is the BEST: high integrity, replied to my inquiry within 3 days, kept their word, ran on-time, are thoughtful about your comfort while they're working and clean up after themselves AND best of all, they're 'MADE IN
AMERICA' and are 100% American owned. One thing that really impressed me is how well they worked together and Tim Musser, the Team Leader, double-checked everyone's work just to make sure nothing was overlooked.
Thanks PGT...it's refreshing, in this day and age, to find a company with such high integrity, I'm forever grateful to you.
It would have been nice if All Pro actually ordered the 'correct' windows and installed them properly in the first place BUT even if they did offer to do that now, based on my experience with them, I would never trust them to get this right; you just can't wish 'integrity' on someone that has none. I expect nothing from them; which is exactly what I've gotten.

My husband and I met with both James and Bruce on options to replace the sliding glass doors to our patio.  We decided on french doors.  The work was done in the 3 week timeframe noted.  However, the one set of doors was not correct.  James came out to review the work and made arrangements to replace that set and install handles noted on the original order.  To be perfectly fair to this company, the two installers were a bit messy in that concrete dripped onto our hurricane shutter track and a fair amount of dust was in the house.  James was nice and noted that these two installers no longer did work for them.

The replacement of the doors was done in the timeframe noted along with the missing handles.  There was no mess.
I would highly recommend this company despite the issues we encountered.  We know you cannot always know who you hire but they were definitely responsive to the issues and resolved them.
The doors are fabulous!

Excellent, this is the second time we have purchased impact doors or windows from All Pro. As with the last time we asked for bids from All Pro and two other companies. Jim's prices lower than one company, and competitive with one other. Since we had dealt with them before, I had a high level of trust with Jim and All Pro. When Jim came to measure the doors, he found they were going to need to be custom built since it included two doors, and two sidelights. Jim took me over to EuroTech to review the options so they could build the doors, then provided me with a timely quote.
He also measured for the master bath door out to the pool, plus two windows by the shower. The pricing was competitive, and used name brands PGT and Eurotech. From the previous installation of 8 windows, I know that the quality of workmanship would be good.
It took Jim's crew two half days to install, clean up and do the finish detail work on the doors once the order was completed. I was very satisified with the quality of work and service. I would highly recommend All Pro WIndows for their high level of service and excellent quality.

Jim responded quickly to my initial phone call requesting a bid. I chose All Pro as one of the bidding companies from a friend's recommendation. Their bid was submitted quickly and was competitive with the other companies. Of the three companies who bid, not only did they have the best price, but I was impressed with Jim and his company. Before signing the final contract, we were invited to the office to look at some sample windows, and also visited some sites where they had done installations. All Pro also handled all of the paperwork in filing for the city.
It took about 4 weeks after the initial deposit for the windows to be delivered and installed. The job was performed by a two man crew who did an excellent job. They moved the furniture, cleaned when they were finished and moved the furniture back. Jim checked in several times during the day. The crew removed the existing hurricane shutters that were attached to the house, and Jim sent a professional plasterer to patch the holes the following day. The second day after the job was completed, the city inspector came out and signed off on the final paperwork.
I am very pleased at the quality of the workmanship and the product, and would highly recommend All Pro Windows and Doors.

They were competitive in pricing with other companies and I've used other companies as well with the same product. They were very accommodating with our schedule, which was good. Some of the finishing work was a little bit sloppy. It needed a little cleaning up that we had to do.

They were pretty fast and they cleaned up their mess pretty well. There were really no problems at all. It was kind of just standard in and out and then they were done.

I had a great experience with them, the quote to them working with me. They were very clean; there was no mess. They did a great job actually. They did the job in a timely manner, they actually finished sooner than they told me. They were very prompt and explained the whole procedure, how it was going to happen, and everything was very professionally done.

We were very happy with their work, have recommended them to others and are in the process of using them again to replace all the windows in our house with hurricane windows. With this new project - we did not even get other estimates - we just called All Pro. We didn't want to hassle with getting other estimates when we were happy with the first job that they did for us. They show up and do their job and keep us informed.

Owner Bruce Headrick came over and gave a low estimate without haggling. He ordered doors window from PGT. Otis installed with one assistant and did a very professional job over three days. Cement work was done by another worker and came out first class.

I'd like to note that this company installed in 2008 a $12,000.00 job for me of PGT windows around the outside of this house. These doors and window installed this month are in the back patio area. That's a total of about $22,000.00 of work, all done to very professional standards. Even the Cooper City building inspector said to me, and quot;This is a good company. We don't have to worry about these guys. They do good work.and quot;

Excellent work.  Would not hesitate to refer.  Original estimate was too low, too long of time from when we signed contact, and installation work was better than expected.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY BROUGHT EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEEDED WITH THEM. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH OUR DOORFRAME OR OUR WALLS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
