This company is anxious to please and the job was excellent. Estimates are given by phone and followed up with an email confirmation. They use the property appraiser's website to see the layout and thus eliminate a visit solely for the purpose of an estimate.
"Vincent" arrived early, we walked the job together then he began work using his own water and electricity from off the truck. After the job was completed, he asked me to walk the job with him and if there anything I noticed that wasn't done to my satisfaction, he would take care of. The job was complete and I had no complaints.
The office person, Sheila, was friendly and accommodating. I was reluctant to go paperless ie no paper receipt, call in my cc number, etc. I am 74 and "old school." Sheila immediately sent me the receipt with "paid" on the document via email and I gave Vincent my check.
Based on the quality of work, the price and this company's efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, I definitely would use this company again. Furthermore, I would not be concerned to hire them again even though I might not be home on the scheduled work date.
