Work was done in March 2017. Within weeks of completion, major concerns were communicated to the owner which have worsened over the year: numerous and widespread cracks in pavement, pooling of water not evident prior to work, and crumbling of edges on pavement border. We have written workmanship warranty through March 2019. Despite numerous requests in last several months, owner has not responded to personally inspect work and reach a resolution. Objective assessment of lot by a third-party pavement sealing company stated in part: ..."cracking in your new asphalt is something I would expect to see in asphalt 17-20 years old and that is highly concerning."
