Mr. Lovett is very professional and knows what he is doing. He came out on short notice to give me a quote which I appreciated. He did a great job repairing window ledges, adding stucco and then painting the new plaster to match my existing color on our house and trim. He is very thorough and cleans up after the work. I could not be happier with the work he did.

James was professional and got back to us right away. Quoted a price we were very happy with since others never got back to us, we gave him the job. We trust the reviews we read on Angies list so we knew it would be fine. He gave us a starting date that he kept to and refused any money upfront until he was about half way done. He wanted us happy and we were. The work was professional, friendly and we trusted him to come and go as he needed. He added wood where needed and charged us minimal as he had some on hand. We now have a beautiful new ceiling, outdoors, where raccoons and rats were getting in. Very happy and satisfied. Would hire him again in a minute for more work as we need it.

He said he would be out to fix the repair and never showed up. He also did not respond back when I tried to contact him.

We hired James Lovett to remove paneling and to plaster the walls and ceiling in one of our bedrooms. James’ work was professional and of the highest quality. He finished the job in a timely fashion, and he was careful to thoroughly clean up after he finished. We would hire him again for future projects.

Excellent. James dug everything out, addressed the water problem, re-stuccoed, sealed it up and painted the metal support beam. The work turned out to be a bit more involved than we first thought, so we agreed to a slight price increase, which was fine. All of the work was very professionally done. He also power-washed the sides and back of the home

James Lovett repaired cracks with reinforcing mesh screen and replastered areas. Also, he placed plaster along the space between our garage's cement slab floor and the settling asphalt driveway without even asking! It looks much better now. We finally painter the planter boxes with the paint he recommended and it all looks great.

I have been a home owner for 30 years, and James is the only contractor I have hired on the spot. I could tell from talking to him that he takes much pride in his work, and will do what needs to be done to make your home look the best. He did not let me down. I am very pleased with the job he did, and would highly recommend him. He is very nice to work with, and definately does quality work!

James is professional, thorough and a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond in the initial issues on the house I saw and dealt with some structural cracks and other areas I didn't know about. He spent countless hours on the house and did amazing work. There are very few people left in this world who are sincere and open, but James is one of them. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I removed wood paneling on my newly purchased house (house from the 70's) and it was unfinished underneath the paneling.  I hired James to stucco these unfinished portions.  His quote was in line with other quotes received (it was initially a little high but he brought it down), and he had great reviews, so i hired him.  I was not disappointed.  James had stated that he usually does not stucco how the rest of the house was done, but that he could match it.  James was able to match the stucco with the rest of the house perfectly.  He also put a border around my garage that looks great.  James worked hard and finished in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up when he left.  He was a pleasure to work with.  He also has great stories and has led a pretty interesting life. I definitely recommend James for any stucco work you need done.

James Lovett, the Owner, arrived on-time, prepared to do the job if an agreement could be met on price, we did.  Though my walls were drywall, they are now plastered.  Mr Lovett ripped out the damaged drywall area, applied bonding agents, a scratch coat, and several finish coats to get the walls to a smooth texture.  Unlike a skim coating process, this process requires NO sanding, except some minor touch ups once the walls are primed.  Looks great, very pleased.
