+ -1 moreThe salesman came out and demonstrated the shutter product. Someone came days later to measure. Someone else came to measure because the previous person's calculations was not to be trusted. After several times, the white shutter was placed. The material looked used with scratches and marks on it. Meantime the salesman and the measurer's left the company. I called the owner, Richard Siebenhard, to complain. But of course he assured me that my eyes deceived me and that my shutter was brand new with no blemishes!! A company that does not stand behind their work, poor service after the sale, shoddy workmanship (They did not pass inspection because they left gaps between the shutter and the house) there was no way I would let them do my whole house.
Description of Work: They installed a shutter on my front door which has side lights. I was originally going to put up shutters on my windows. The salesman was good but now sure of their work.
