owner came out to check out problem with a decorative fountain; he proceeded to assess the problem, spending a fair amount of time doing so. He said he'd be back the next day, but didn't hear from him and he didn't respond to my messages. Was getting upset,
but received a call from his wife who explained he was inundated with a 150,000 gallon leak on a major fountain and could not
get a cell signal where he was. She said he'd be back and the next day I came home to find my garden fountain had work begun on it.
He showed up today for further work on it. I'm hopeful, as is he, that he will be able to fix it within the next couple of days. I'll update
this when work is completed. I don't have an exact cost, but he assures me it will be reasonable. He also gave me a lot of helpful information on a problem I'm having with my pool waterfall, so I'm hopeful.

THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB AT ALL. THE POOL LEAKS, OTHER THINGS INVOLVING THE POOL ARE BROKE, AND THEY HAVE NOT SHOWED UP TO FIX ANYTHING. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IN NINETY DAYS, AND YET TWO YEARS LATER THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE.
