From the start the office answered the phone. Other companies I called from the magazine that I found them it did not. I was happy about that. The girl in the office was a little drawn out asking me alot of questions but In retrospect I guess that was necessary. Steve Showed up on time and asked for my survey (the girl in the office asked if I had one) and measured my fence. He was one of the more e xpensive estimates but I went with the company because he knew things the others didn't.They even took care of the permit other companies asked me to pull my own---I thought that was a red flag.The installers came and except for the rain everything went well.

This was a mixed experience.  The estimator left the company before the work began, and there was some confusion about exactly what the contract entailed.  The permitting process took forever, partly because the company didn't describe the work accurately on the first submission, so it had to be resubmitted a month later.  (Can't blame the delay entirely on the company, however, as the process in my municipality is absurdly drawn-out.) When I called the company, I had the impression that they were disorganized, and they didn't respond as readily or as punctually as I would have expected.They sent one laborer to do the actual work, digging the holes and building the fence.  He did a great job {in stifling heat), and I was pleased with the work in the end.

"The member is correct there was alot of confusion regarding the permit process. On the estimate the person who was no longer with the company wrote up two estimates one for wood the other for dura fence. The girls in the office based on the price assumed it was wood. Therefore everything submitted and processed was for wood.Since then we call every customer that has a choice to confirm with us what is being installed so the mistake never happens again. I'm glad in the end the fence project went well although it was severly underbidded."

it went very well overall. When I called the company the girl answered the phone and set up an appointment for me to meet with Steve. Steve arrived on time and walked the property with me. He then explained what I needed to move forward with the job. I needed a hoa approval because the city that I live in requires one before I can have a permit issued. He then explained that it would take about a month from start to finish because of the city requirements. The guys showed up in company shirts and were very polite.

We had three separate jobs to this company. The first job was done perfectly with no problem. We started the second job after that one was finished. We started it in June and didn’t finish it until September. They never said that it would take that long and we kept waiting and waiting. The reason we installed the fence was because the puppies were getting under the chain link fence and they screwed that up. They have been working in the city and they know how the city department works but unfortunately second and third job they didn’t do. They never even do the transfer of commencement so when the city came in to approve the addition of fencing they disapproved the fencing there was no notice of commencement in paper work. When we called the office for the one that handled the project and told him about the paper of commencement he never called me back. We had to pay a $100 fee when they disapproved. Then we had to have our attorney talk to the city to get it approved and had the inspector come back, approve it once the notice of commencement was on paper work. So we actually paid $100 for what they should have done and they didn’t do. We didn’t contact them until everything that happened as we didn’t want to say anything mean. We wouldn’t use them again. Their communication is lacking and their office staff isn’t quite trained on how these things work. When we called them they told that it was our fault as we had given two jobs at the same time and they messed it up.

From start to finish, the quality of service, as well as the quality of work, exceeded my expectations. First off, a company rep by the name of Steve, came out to assess the situation and after having done so, he agreed that replacements were needed. He took careful measurements, explaining to me --- in layman's terms --- the materials he would be using and how the work would be done. This was on October 9. Just 2 days later, workers came out to start the job, and they finished it the very next day. All in all, it was a very pleasant business experience. A solid thumbs-up to All Fencing and Repair.

I called the company and they responded immediately by setting up an appointment. Max came by and he seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I thought he gave me a fair price after we discussed everything I wanted done. (I checked with another company but wasn't impressed with their idea of customer service). After making a decision to contract with All Fencing, I called Max directly to set things up. They came by and got a deposit of half the cost, then went to pick up the supplies. My fence was fixed within two days. Max called to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. I did have them to tweak a few things; they put some brackets on a few of the pickets to insure they were extremely secure since I have two dogs. Overall, I had a good experience with All Fencing & Repair and would highly recommend them. I felt they were truly interested in doing the job, even though a small one, to my satisfaction and they took pride in their work.

From the moment I called, all went well. First, the girl made an appointment. The fellow named Steve came on time, gave me an estimate and called me every week until I was ready to sign. They then took care of all my h.o.a. paperwork and filed all necessary permits. When the work crew showed up they were on time and very efficient. They completed the job within two days. I was thrilled!
