1) They were late on arriving as scheduled, which made is a very late day considering the quantity of goods that needed to be packed. 2) Their assessment of the condition of goods was highly weighted in their favor. Many items that they annotated as chipped, scratched, bent, etc. were in like new condition without any such damage. Because they were late and we had to be out of the house that day, it left little time to ensure an accurate description of goods on the bill of lading. 3) Their quality of packing and moving was fairly good. They packed well and ensured all floors and walls were well protected throughout the house. 4) A few items sustained minor damage in transit except for one bookshelf that was completely destroyed. 5) The issues surrounding the destroyed bookshelf is where I lost trust in this company. I had been watching everything as best I could as it came off the truck. At the end after everything was unloaded we discovered we were missing a bookshelf so I decided to do one last walk through of the truck. Low and behold nicely hidden beneath a bunch of moving blankets was the demolished bookshelf. It wasn't the fact that the bookshelf had been demolished that bothered me, it was fairly new but wasn't that great. It was the fact that they attempted to steal the bookshelf in order to hide the damage. 6) One other minor point was that they tucked some of their lunch trash in my goods. 7) I did not bother to submit a damage claim as moving insurance is based on $.60 per pound and it's not worth the time to collect a few bucks. I'd rather spend the time submiting a report on Angie's List. 8) Only reason I said I would use this company again is that I've seen other companies do worse. If it were not for attempting to steal the demolished bookshelf, I would have rated them with an A in nearly every category.
