ALL BROWARD WINDOWS & GLASS

I was very happy with All Broward Windows & Glass. They were punctual and they didn't hike up the prices. The job was done quickly and efficiently - and it was a good job. They are reliable. The price was good for the amount of work done. It was good service and they were responsive.

I was impressed with them at first - I called Saturday afternoon and asked if they could come out and board up and they said they would come by in a few hours.  They arrived when they said they would, measured and then left to get materials to board up the window.  It took some time but I was overall very pleased with their responsiveness at this point.  I expected to hear from Larry on Friday to schedule time to come over the following Saturday to install new window.  When he didn't call me, I tried to reach him.  I left several voice mail messages which he did not return.  After a couple days, I got in touch with him and he said he had been busy and the glass did not come in.  After another week, and a couple more phone calls, he came out and did a very nice job installing the glass.  I was a bit disappointed since he said when he got there that he would not be able to do the rescreening until the following week, but overall , the job he did was first rate.  He came back, as promised the following week and did a very nice job rescreening.

My only complaint is that he was not very good at responding and never returned calls.  Now, fast forward to December of 2011, and I have a second, not so positive experience with this company.  I will be writing a separate review of this experience.

AFTER THE HURRICANE, I WANTED THE WINDOWS REPLACED WITH IMPACT GLASS AND THEY OFFERED A FAIR PRICE. COMMUNICATION DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A PRIORITY FOR THEM. I HAD SEVERAL REPAIRS TO BE DONE AND FELT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHASE THEM TO DO THE WORK.
