appliance repair
+ -1 moreI called Broward Appliance Inc. on a Monday afternoon to repair my washing machine. (another appliance repair couldn't give me an appointment through its internet appointment reservation system until the following Tuesday -- more than a week in the future.) A pleasant woman at Broward Appliance said they could get to me on Wednesday (a day and a half from when I called). She told me the repairmen would be there between 12 and 4 and would call me before they arrived. All happened just as she promised. The repairmen even found my house without having to call back for extensive directions, which is rare. The polite and professional repairmen quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, repaired the problem with a part they had on their truck, showed me what they had done, and were on their way in about 30 minutes. A super experience. Cost was $65 service call, $35 labor, plus about $35 in parts and tax.
Description of Work: Repaired my Whirlpool top-loading washing machine.
