30APR2014 @4:07PM Spoke w/Marcelo. Appt for 12PM-2PM Fri 02MAY2014 Marcelo to show up 1PM Fri 02MAY2014 Brandon showed up. He wore mirrored cop glasses. Hourly employee, been working for ~10 yrs. Asked me twice if house had been in fire. I told him twice that it had not, then finally told him that, to satisfy his curiosity, I'll open up the inside for him to look. He said he didn't care if house was on fire, just wanted to make sure roof is safe for his "men" to work on. When I told him he was number 19 of roofers called due to insurance check already written, he asked me, "How many are you going to call?" (SARCASTIC) He then said that All American was among the more expensive companies. After I uncovered the roof and showed him a roof holes, he went back alone and began inspecting the holes, even exposing the foyer hole again. He was moving the cover in a careless manner, so I asked him to properly cover up the area. He made a half-hearted attempt, covering the hole with the big piece, and leaving the plywood seam exposed. Brandon is a careless person. He was professional, but sarcastic and dismissive. In the end, he just quoted me the standard footage price.
