These guys know what they are doing. After I gave them the VIN number to the car, they were able to source the part and within 48 hours they were fixing the window. The window was stuck in the down position, and they even offered to make a special trip to seal up the opening while we waited for the part, but since the car was garaged I didn't need to take them up on their gracious offer.

It went better than expected, I called around to get estimates after I researched the problem. It seems on many of these Isuzu Troopers many of these front driver side power windows detach from the nylon channels that hold them in place to the power arm window regulator. It's just a bad design that woks itself loose after years in the heat, humidity and many cycles. I knew what was needed and I contemplated doing it myself after watching a youtube video but after calling around I figure I'd better get someone to do it professionally. I contacted this company late Monday afternoon, left a message. Tuesday morning I got a call back from Todd, we talked momentarily and he said he would look at the availability of the glass for my make and model. I got a call again and he agreed to match the price of another quote and that he could be there in a few hours. By 2 PM Tuesday, it was repaired and I was very pleased I didn't have to lose an afternoon running around to an auto repair shop and waiting for them to fix the window.
I highly recommend calling this company and waiting for their return call.

Todd called back within 30 minutes and asked questions about the problem with the window on my Mazda 3. He was very familiar with the problem I was having, diagnosed it over the phone, and gave me an estimate of around $200 for the window motor replacement. He arrived at the time we agreed upon, and completed the replacement in about 15 minutes. The repaired window now works like new. Todd was very professional in all aspects of this transaction - highly recommend.

Fixed my passenger motor

Todd responded in a timely manner (within an hour or so). We set an appointment and he showed up on time. Unfortunately, I had purchased the wrong parts for my vehicle (what a knuck I am!). Todd would have to come back again.
Todd purchased quality parts for me, and showed up on schedule the next day. Within a half hour or so, everything was done perfectly.
Amazingly, I wasn't nickeled and dimed for the additional travel time due to my error.
Pricing was for all labor and parts, and for two power windows.

I called Todd for an estimate to replace the front passenger window, told him the make and model of the vehicle (2009 four door VW Jetta) at around midday and he gave me an estimate of $219 plus tax over the phone. He said he could be at our offices to do the repair by around 2:30 as he had to pick up the replacement window. He was punctual and pleasant. It took him about an hour total. We paid by check but he also takes credit cards. We told him we had issues with another vehicles window motor and he gave us some tips on troubleshooting before having it repaired.

The rear power window on the driver's side of my 2002 Buick Century broke...it did not open and close when the power window switch was pressed, the glass itself was not broken. I had the window taped closed with duck tape. I searched Angie's List to find someone to fix my window. The All About Power Window Repair company was the number one company on the list. I called them. Todd said he could come to my house and repair the window. The price would be $158.00 plus tax. Todd said he could come out to do the repair the next day. I couldn't have it done the next day, so we scheduled the repair for Friday morning, April 5, 2013. Todd said he could be at my house between 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. on Friday. On Thursday, Todd called and reconfirmed that he would be at my house between 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. the next day. On Friday, Todd was at my front door at 9:05 A.M. It took him about 30 minutes to fix the power window, including the removal of all the duck tape, and glue residue. When Todd left my house, my power window was working, and the glass, and door were clean. The price...$158.00, plus tax, as quoted. I am very satisfied with the work the All About Power Window Repair company did for me.

I called and left a message on Saturday. My call was returned on Monday morning. Todd said he could fix the window at 2:00 that afternoon. He was right on time and had the window fixed in an hour. He came to my office and fixed the window in our parking lot.

What a great experience. Received a quote and work was done for that exact price. He showed up when he said he would, and did a great job. I know this seems like a lot of money for door latches, but I checked around, and the parts alone are ridiculously expensive. i am extremely happy with the job they did, and did not have to spend a half day sitting around a repair shop waiting for the work to be done!

I needed window repair on two different vehicles. Todd showed up precisely when he said he would, repaired both windows within an hour, right in my driveway, and charged me a fair price, cheaper than his competition. I would definitely hire him again. Way easier than taking the cars to a shop.

I called All About Power Window Repair this morning at 9:15am. Todd answered the phone, took my information, and said he would call me back with a quote. He called about 15 minutes later and gave me a reasonable quote for the replacement of the motor regulator assembly with a factory part and with a 1 year warranty. He arrived about an hour later, made the repair in 30 minutes, and left the door looking good and the window in perfectly operating condition. I could not expect anything better.

The passenger's side window of my 2001 Honda Accord slipped down and would not stay up. I called this company in the morning and was given a quote for both a re-built window regulator and a new regulator. I chose the re-built one, considering that it is an old car. This company provides mobile service only, so I did not have to leave the house. He came over, did the job, was pleasant to deal with, and charged me exactly as quoted. That's all there was to it. What's not to like?
