Steve and crew was awesome to work with. We had a major leak in an older home we purchased, two weeks in. They were punctual, professional, and informed us every step of the way. In particular, Steve educated on where the problem was, the shoddy work that had been done previously on the roof, and the steps they were taking to rectify the problem. Not only did they fix the leak, but they applied additional Mortar around the Chimney that was missing and touched it off with fresh paint. Much Appreciated!

Ray with Advantage responded within a day, including coming out to view the problem. He immediately thought it was air conditioner duct related, but climbed on my roof and inspected to make certain. He would not take any payment for identifying the problem, explaining how the problem was occurring and doing some additional inspection work. He was absolutely correct that it was water leaking from an ac duct. I was so impressed with his work ethic and willingness to help without accepting any payment for his time and effort. I will definitely call Advantage again when I do have a roof problem.

Responded to my call within 24 hours. Came out and gave a detailed estimate for the repair. Price was very fair. A week later after trying to get other estimates (every other company couldn’t even come out for at least 2 weeks), we called and hired - they came out within a couple of days - no leaks! Steve was very professional and thorough.

I could not be happier with the entire brief process. I will certainly use Ray again and strongly recommend Advantage.

I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. Many, many thanks go out to Steve and the crew at Advantage Roofing and Inspection. Highly recommended!

He called me back right away, same day he came and looked at it. He told me that it was an older concrete roof tile that had been discontinued, but thought he had some in his warehouse. He called me back later that day; he'd located enough to repair my roof. Because it was a small job, they couldn't guarantee the day they'd be able to get here, but it would be within a week. Day 3, he and a few helpers showed up, fixed the problem areas and then came into the yard and cleaned up the broken tiles that were scattered on the ground. They were in and out in about two hours. The price was excellent and I was thrilled with all their work.

They were a new company and didn't have enough experience.  We were looking for someone who had a lot more reviews. They were good; it was just two guys.  It wasn't anything against them; it was just we were being careful.  Because it was so much money, we wanted to go with someone who had more customers and more reviews.  On quality, they didn't do it so probably a B. On punctuality, they were real fast to get back so an A.  If the other one didn't have more references, we probably would have used them.

Steve gave us an estimate and when we called Advantage Roofing they said they could repair the roof the next day! We agreed and he cane out as expected and even gave us before and after pictures. We were very pleased and will plan on using them in the future. His price was very fair and we got several estimates!

Excellent! Steve came out the same day I called for a quote. He was very professional, quick, and identified the problem immediately. I will definitely use them in the future to perform a total roof replacement.

Ray - Advantage Roofing was the best choice after getting 5 estimates and meeting with a few other roofers.  Ray was always on-point with all the paperwork/permits/inspections. He kept me informed via phone or in person with all steps throughout the process. The fist day he had a large crew (ON TIME) arrive and strip the old shingles, replace any rotted wood, and tar felt paper.  The inspections went well and a few days later the entire roof was shingled and the property cleaned of any nails and debris. The process was very easy for me as the homeowner.  The crew was great and  I recommend Ray/Advantage Roofing highly!

I called Ray at Advantage roofing for 2 jobs, to replace a flat roof and to do some repairs from a shoddy job that was done by a roofer.  We purchased our home knowing that the flat roof had issues, however we didn't notice another problem.  The original inspection said that an area might have a leak because the soffit was wet and they wanted $1000 to remove a few tiles and look for the problem.
When Ray came out he immediately identified that there wasn't a leak, but that the problem was the previous owner had a roofer install a diverter so the rain wouldn't run into the pool.  The problem was the diverter was pushing all the water up underneath one tile so the water was just sitting there.  He went on the roof and took pictures of the area and highlighted with arrows what the problem was and the different options to fix it were.  He said we could install a diverter the correct way, but that option isn't the best, since it leaves the tar underneath exposed in some areas and it also isn't really proper code.  He instructed us that the proper way to repair it would be to remove the diverter and replace all the tiles that the old roofer removed to allow the water to run off the roof like its supposed to.  The problem with that is that the water would run into the pool so he suggested we hire a screen company to install a super gutter. Even though the super gutter was an extra $1000 we did that so that everything was exactly how it should be.  
Ray filed for the permits and then called me to make an appointment to do the work.  The guys showed up while I was at work around 10 am and by the time I got home at 2, they were done.  They removed the diverter, replaced all the fascia board, caulked it and cleaned up.  They also found roof tiles that perfectly matched what I had.  
The price was less than the home inspector wanted to just pull up a couple of tiles and Ray took an extra 10% off the estimate after I told him I found him on Angies list.
All the guys at Advantage are very nice and professional.  One of the best contractors I have ever dealt with

they were excellent, punctual and professional. . Ray wanted me to see all the damage on the roof so I climbed up and he showed me all the damage. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail so I could understand the roofing process better
