The installation was good but 1 camera was malfunctioning. They came out at once and replaced the camera. They did not respond properly after the first time. They called but never sent anyone out. I cancelled the contract after waiting for weeks. I was disappointed with the maintenance contract.

I felt the price was reasonable compared to the other estimates I received. The office people were friendly and helpful and the installer was very competent. My only complaint was that he arrived later then he said he would.

THEY ARRIVED A LITTLE LATER THAN THEY SCHEDULED, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BEING CERTAIN TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE HE STARTED. THIS MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE PROCESS.

THEY WERE PRETTY AFFORDABLE AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT THEY WILL BE RETURNING TO DO ANOTHER JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN A GOOD SECURITY COMPANY.
