"Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review. I see you requested a quote on 11/14/2015 and the quote was sent on 11/15/2015 although you did not hire us. If you requested another quote in 2016 it must not have gone through as I do not have any record of it but our email address and phone number have not changed. No one is perfect but I do try to keep a high level of quality control and accountability with my office staff so if it was somehow missed I will be discussing this with them. Anyways, I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you were able to find a decent company to get the job done."

As it states in the contract we leave the garbage bags on the gutter downspouts for 2 weeks to collect any residual runoff that is not diluted by rain then we come a remove them. You are scheduled to have yours removed on 3/10. As for appointments we are a small business trying to do our best to grow so we do not give exact arrival times. Every morning we get to our warehouse at 7am, load up our trucks, get fuel, and then head out to fill our chemical tanks. Depending on traffic or lines at the chemical shop there is the possibility to be delayed. We truly are doing our best to be the most professional pressure washing service in South Florida with the absolute best customer service. We look forward to serving you again."

Please note - I did not WATCH them break it. It was less than six months old and operational that morning. Later that night it was broke. They were the only people to access these items in that time frame.
The company called me this morning inquiring about my earlier comment so, I told him what happened.
He first apologized and then accepted full responsibility even absent direct proof. He then VOLUNTARILY offered to pay for its replacement. I respect a man that accepts responsibility for his, and his employees, actions, without providing excuses and then takes the appropriate steps to make amends.
I am now amending my previous reviews and publicly acknowledging my support for this business and my willingness to use them
again.
