Working with Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services was a pleasure. I helped my uncle find a service for his house and found this company's prices reasonable, so we gave it a try! Sherry made the booking process easy and smooth, responded quickly and answered all of my questions. On the day of, Shawn and Brian were the ones to do the service for my uncle, and they were very friendly, considerate of our garden, and hardworking as they did an excellent job with the roof! Would 100% hire again and recommend :)

"Thank you for the review. As it states in the contract we leave the garbage bags on the gutter downspouts for 2 weeks to collect any residual runoff that is not diluted by rain then we come a remove them. You are scheduled to have yours removed on 3/10. As for appointments we are a small business trying to do our best to grow so we do not give exact arrival times. Every morning we get to our warehouse at 7am, load up our trucks, get fuel, and then head out to fill our chemical tanks. Depending on traffic or lines at the chemical shop there is the possibility to be delayed. We truly are doing our best to be the most professional pressure washing service in South Florida with the absolute best customer service. We look forward to serving you again."

I couldn't be happier with the service. They show up as promised, do a thorough job of cleaning and are professional and courteous. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them on a regular basis for all of my pressure washing jobs.

My experience with this company was great. I contacted them for a quote and Jenn got back to me shortly. Once I provided her with the information she e mailed me an estimate within a short period of time. The customer service was outstanding. We scheduled for a day that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and worked nonstop in the hot sun. Robert was very pleasant. My roof and pool, patio area looks like new. I will definitely use them again and would recommend their services. Truly an A+ provider.

Same day response with message to spray wash our roof and came out the next day and provided a quick quote. Very reasonable quote. Fastest response we have ever had. When the roof wouldn't come clean, they created a new plan and were here the very next day after. We are so happy with the end result. My husband was ecstatic. We really appreciate their attention to detail and would definitely have them do other cleaning jobs around our home.

I have used Shannon Ayer's service for several years and ALWAYS have had terrific results. Shannon is eager to please his customer and has always responded quickly to any of our concerns. He works with a crew and any of the young men who have come to my home have been polite, professional, thorough and followed directions well. Nick, Danny, James, Gunner, and Lance have been crew members who have done pressure cleaning for me and I have been pleased with all of their work.

Nick showed up on time and was very careful so as not to break tiles or damage property while he was on the roof. I watched him from time to time and saw that he was focused on the job. The roof looks great. The company offered to apply an algaecide for an additional $50, but said that they could not advise if it needed this until they saw the condition of the roof. Nick said that the roof was fine and did not need the algaecide treatment. I appreciate an honest company that only sells you what you need. The price was fair and the work was good.

The task was completed as agreed upon. The dispute lies in the damages done. The damages were minimal and relatively trivial (broken garden hose rack and chemicals in flowerbed). I wish they would have notified me instead of propping it in place and pretending it did not happen. I did not notify them of it, nor would have asked for payment, it is the idea of accepting responsibility. Ironically, they posted a sign in the yard advertising a free driveway cleaning with a roof cleaning, yet they did not clean my driveway after cleaning my roof.
Please note - I did not WATCH them break it. It was less than six months old and operational that morning. Later that night it was broke. They were the only people to access these items in that time frame.
The company called me this morning inquiring about my earlier comment so, I told him what happened.
He first apologized and then accepted full responsibility even absent direct proof. He then VOLUNTARILY offered to pay for its replacement. I respect a man that accepts responsibility for his, and his employees, actions, without providing excuses and then takes the appropriate steps to make amends.
I am now amending my previous reviews and publicly acknowledging my support for this business and my willingness to use them
again.

Services rendered were good. Staff arrived promptly and performed the agreed upon services. Had numerous email correspondences with the owner of the company after the completed work who was rather sincere and professional. The mildewcide was something I had never heard of and I found it rather inventive. I look forward to hopefully having a solid business to consumer relationship with this company in the future as well.

They did an excellent job with the pool area. They did the outside of the house and driveway and did an excellent job. They're very prompt and on schedule. They had two experienced workers and did the job quickly within half a day. The price was fair.
