The arrived, did nothing, and two times charged me $150. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I got the name of the company through Canon as and authorized servicier for canon. They were unable to make a appointment period, but they left three days open for a possible appointment. They called at 930 am the next week but they weren't able to come because i had plans already. I told them how about the next day. The next day, Instead of saying they are on the way, they said i have to purchase a original canon cartridge in order to test the printer. So then i bought the cartridge to test the print and it didn't work properly still, so i wasted $140.00, I left a message to get another appointment because the printer still didn't work. They never returned my call i would no recommend this company. I think its a scam to spend money on unnecessary products. Now i have to find a new printer service center.
