Estimates on service started October 2011 and the contract was signed in November 2011. While there was some permitting issues with Wilton Manors and the initial driveway design, Alan lack follow through and initiative. When the permit was finally granted, the driveway was torn up the first week of July 2012. Alan promised it was going to take 2 weeks to be completely finished. The drive wasn't poured until Memorial weekend. And it was done using the concrete mixing company. My husband unfortuantely paid him upfront for most of the work and we had to pay the concrete mixing company to get a place to park. I've been yelled at by the owner even though he has admitted that it was his wrong doing. I've asked him to call me every other day but this hasn't happened. We have sent a certified letter stating that the project needed to be complete by November 15, 2012. I spoke with him on Monday the 12th in which he stated that he was going to send his worker to come fill in the cracks and set up the glue. Hasn't happened. I would never recommend this vendor. We will be getting estimates from other vendors and probably will have to take him to court.
