"I want to first say that this minor cosmetic flaw was repaired immediately, a couple of days after Christmas. As our 60 plus other reviews indicate we go out of our way to keep all of our customers happy by being prompt and doing the job right the first time. The above review is incredibly inaccurate. The above customer called a couple of days before Christmas because his grandson noticed a 2 x 3-inch loose piece of trim "not flooring" like the review indicates, this 2" piece of cosmetic trim was repaired immediately after Christmas. The review fails to mention that this was resolved immediately after Christmas. I submitted both photos and vi"
"This condo had heavy fire damage which can be read about in the newspaper and online because of the loss of life. We installed a very small kitchen vinyl floor that required almost no cutting. No saws were used and it would have been impossible to create any dust. However due to heavy fire damage there was still a lot of ash and soot everywhere. In fact I had to wear a respirator to work on the floor because of the poor air quality in the home. We install flooring and it is not our responsibility to clean up fire damage (ash and soot). There was loss of life as a result of the fire, so in hoping to do a good deed I took on this unusually small job that I would have normally passed on. It seems no good dead goes unpunished and I will let this be a lesson learned."
