AAA Pest Control

One of the owner’s Buddy is good, tech, Xavier is AWESOME, and most of the techs are pretty good. Unfortunately, the office staff lack basic customer service, and communication skills. AAA is a headache to work with, due to the inept office staff, but overall the actual pest service and field workers do a great job.

I had a great experience. Mike serviced my home and I booked return appts and he’s been great! The company overall is strong, I think they care about their customers and the provide quality service at a reasonable price.

After several treatments, we are so happy with the results. It is almost as though the problem never existed... Thank you so much guys

I was amazed at the speed they scheduled me, the crew arrive punctual, was very polite & knowledgeable.  it was truly a painless experience they made me feel at ease the whole way through the procedure.  I would definitely recommend AAA Pest.

The gentleman who came to see me was very knowledgeable. He gave me a drive and offered additional services that I was ready to do an he advised me to cut off palms that were touching the roof because it was a path for rodents to come in. He explained to me that it would not be harmful to my pets. He came back and did it again. I called and they were able to accommodate my schedule. It was the first time I made an appointment and rescheduled it. I got a coupon for it and it was much more economical than I thought it was going to take.

We created an appointment for 7/23 to sign a contract.  The salesman was a no-show or call.  We returned the call the following day to make another appointment and we scheduled it for Saturday 7/26 at noon.  Again No-show or call.  We got quotes from 2 other companies.  The salesman from AAA called us and met with us on 8/6 to sign a contract.  We prepped the house, removing the open articles, extra bagging, etc. We called the salesman on 8/8 to confirm the tenting dates of 8/13 to 8/15 and were told that he was fired.  The company showed up on time on 8/13 and tented the house and the chemicals were blown in to treat the termite problem.  The tent came down on 8/15 as planned & we were allowed back into the house.  The company followed through on all the promises that the fired salesman had made.  We were very satisfied with AAA Pest Control and would recommend them to others.

Scheduling is inconsistent so don't count on accurate arrival or clearance inspection but they do a good, thorough job at a great price. The price I got was very reasonable (wholesale pricing?) and service was fast and efficient, once they arrived. Would recommend using this company especially if you have multiple properties. I believe they sub-contract the work so just be aware of that, which would also explain the breakdown of communication between the office and the laborers a out in the field. This is a small, local business that's been around for a long time. I like to support small businesses and trusted that the number of years in operation meant they were doing something right and they certainly did right by me. Thanks for the great service! Will use again.

awful. they sprayed and sent the same guy I had told them not to send. waste of money and time. went and bought something for 10.00 recommended on google and have not seen an ant in the house in17months.

services, such as whitefly treatment The current appointment and those of the past, where all made for Saturdays, and all between 12-1pm.  I'm specific about  the time, because it is at that time both of us are home.On two occasions, two different exterminator technicians called and said they were "alllllll the way out in Weston' and allllllllll the way up in Boca.  Could we change the appointment time?  The first time I felt sorry for the overworked tech, and said yes.  The second time I complained to the office and they sent another tech.  This time, I waited to see just when, if at all they would show up.  Well they didn't.  The company will no longer be welcome in our home.  And the technician always tried to sell us additional services like whitefly treatment, or once, the tech told me I had mounds of red ants right out side my door under a palm.  They were not dangerous.  They were regular brown ants just doing their thing.  Each time it's a new fear they try and sell the customers.  Well it's very unprofessional and no way to run a business.
Three strikes, they're out.

$185 to set three rat traps. $35 apiece for bat stations. $4 each for bait pellets. Technician also needs to get his facts straight. He told me that rats only have have bones in their heads and everything else is cartilage. A ridiculous myth. Also told me that if they replaced some of my insulation I could get a 20% IRS tax credit. The credit is only 10%. Wanted $285 to put screens on 4 . vent stacks on my roof. I did it myself in less than an hour with $5 in materials. I will not have them back.

As above.  The listed "owner/operator", Bill Robles, was never available by phone, nor did he personally respond to my complaints.

Time will tell if the gas treatment was successful.  If roaches return, I will call another company that is rated "A" in Angie's List for future services.

I guess he did what he was supposed to do, but I though the price was outrageous. I could have gone to Wal-Mart and purchased the traps for $5.00 and hired the out-of-work young man across the street to screen any openings on the roof for $50 - $100. He never did catch the rat. The traps were empty. He came back in 2 days to check them and then told me it would cost me $45.00 for him to come out and check the traps again. I'll send my husband up to the attic the next time. Apparently whatever was up there came and left, thank goodness. I felt that this company preyed on peoples' fears. Perhaps if you had a major rat probem the cost would be appropriate but I feel that I was overcharged big-time. I would suggest that people with a problem that isn't too severe purchase traps and do the job themselves.

AAA Pest Control was the worst company that I've ever hired in my life. They took my money and did not complete the job correctly. They never put the screens on the windows to keep the pigeons out. Months past and they still did not finish the job correctly, so they sent out a second person and he didn't know what he was doing. They are currently not responding to our calls nor have they made any attempt to contact us.

Doug was great! He really knew his bugs! He was on time and very pleasant. He was worth the price. My next door neighbor also uses them. We're both very pleased!!

WE WERE OVERRUN WITH RED ANTS SO I HAD THESE PEOPLE COME AND SPRAY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. WHEN THE ANTS CAME BACK I CALLED TO HAVE THEM RESPRAY AND NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP,I HAD TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

THEY ARE SO GOOD ABOUT LOOKING INTO EVERY POSSIBLE PLACE THAT MAY PRESENT A PROBLEM. IF THEY FIND SOMETHING ELSE DURING THEIR INSPECTION, THEY GO AHEAD AND TREAT THAT AREA WHILE THEY ARE AT IT.
