Excellent! had work done one year ago on 9/18/2019. They went above and beyond to insulate under the air handlet and did patching in the attic where the duct meets the air handler. All work was done within a day. With the new unit, my balanced billing electric bill went from $230 to $155 a month.

They were responsive and reasonable rates. They also made suggestions outside the scope of the service call and provided help with warranty information- outside the scope of the service call. They were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!

They charged me 206.70 for less than 5 minutes work, mind you the dryer costs $500 brand new..  They pulled out my machine, repaired it and left my machine pulled out and disconnected from the vent. I didn't want to discuss the price with the repair man because he was really not knowledgeable or in the position to discuss it.   I called the company thinking that they were not aware of what this serviceman was charging and they were extremely rude and thought that the price charged was fair.  This thermal fuse is at most a $10 piece, it take one screw to attach it, it has two wires attached that have no specific order in which way to attach them and the fuses main purpose it to prevent a lint back up or the machine overheating to prevent a fire. I would know this because I'm a Fire Captain with 18 years in the fire service!  This is a highway robbery, I have attached the invoice for all to see.  Avoid these guys!

wow...left dirty footprints and dirty sweaty handprints all over walls and ceiling and flooring.
they confirm appointments, then do not show up.
Really hard time getting a return phone call.  HIghly unreliable and unprofessional.  Amzing that they are even in business and a family business at that...unbelievable.

I called their office and explained we had 2 refrigerators that needed service.
One compact ,   one older full sized.
The lady I spoke with said they had parts & serviced all models.
The serviceman came,   announced he does not bother with compact
units because they cost more to repair than replace.
The service man then looked at other unit ,  laughed and said he did not have
parts for it & if he could find them it would cost $375.00.
He thought it was funny while writing up a $62.00 bill for a 2 minute service call.
It's not.
If I was told you do not service compacts & did not have parts for older units
I would not have bothered.
You can rip me off for a service charge, but that will be the last time you will.
