The first time they delivered the new canopy and sleeves/curtains, the two curtains in the back were too short and different lengths. The front sleeves/curtains were too short, the trim on the canopy was black and we had ordered white. The canopy itself was very sloppily done and puckered in many places. We asked them to come out and redo the sleeves/curtains and the trim but when they came back they had replaced the black trim but only added material at the bottom of the sleeves/curtains they previously delivered and the tiebacks had holes in them where I guess a grommet or something had been removed. We then met with the company representatives who initially gave us the estimate and took the order and their best solution was they would take the sleeves/curtains back and we could hire someone else to finish the job or they would give us a couple of hundred dollars off if we just kept what we had. They were extremely rude and condescending and have refused to redo the curtains and the add-on looks terrible. We have refused to pay the balance of the bill until they finish the job properly. Last night mysteriously the curtains disappeared in the middle of the night. They advertise a $500 discount but when you ask for it they tell you it is already figured into the estimate. Very sleezy way of doing business. I would caution any potential customers to steer clear of this company.

To start with I called 3 awnings companies A to Z Awnings gave me a price on the spot and had the best price and  warranty The other companies waited a week to get back to me on the price . I got to tell you I highly recommend these guys they know what they're doing and they do it right the first time very happy with my new awnings'

Hired A to Z awnings to replace my existing awning.  my previous awning held water and i asked them to guarantee this would not, they hemmed and hawed and agreed that the existing frame was up to spec and it should not hold water.  several months later i noticed a puddle of water and called them.  Spoke to Dan and he interupted me so many times while talking that i got exasperated and asked him to stop interupting me and he said "have a nice day" and hung up.  I immediately called back and asked them to come out and check it out.  they sent out the original crew and after a few minutes they looked at it and said that the awning was tied down properly on 3 sides but the track was not bolted to the awning on the fourth side.  They did not want to do the work and claimed at first that they did not leave it that way.  they bolted down the 4th side track and retied the other 3 sides and wanted to charge me $150 for the "service call".  I refused to pay.  They should have tightened down all 4 sides but they would not admit it.  In addition, the gutter flaps that are supposed to keep water out are leaking and don't work.  i cannot possibly have them out on my property again. In an effort to collect their "service call" fee, they wrote on one of their invoices, they wrote on one of the invoices that "all work was guaranteed".  No way would i have this co. out to do anything again.  

They are a really bad awning company.  They were pretty bad.  They came out like three times to measure.  They didn't measure it right.  They installed it improperly.  They were really bad.  They came out here .and measured like three different occasions as well as broke light fixtures.  The thing is till this date it's not right.  They never even came back to fix what they were supposed to fix.  My sister is just tired of fighting with them because they are bad.  We wanted it before thanksgiving and they assured us that we would have it before thanksgiving but it's still not done.  She had to fix it herself because we had company and that was horrible.  They are just not very good.  We would never again use them.

This company came out and gave me a good price for awnings, plus my neighbor had used them and was happy with them. Lori was also helpful with tips about colors, styles and prices.  I was trying to sync the painting of the house with the removal of present awnings in time for the painters and then put the new ones up after the painting was done.  The painters were delayed by the rain, but in TWO days, Lori called to say that the awnings were ready to be installed.  I was amazed.  This company worked with me, the rain and the painters.  After installation there was a slight problem with one of the awnings, so I called Lori. That same afternoon she sent someone out and within 2-3 days the awning was taken down, fixed and replaced.  I can't say enough about this company.  Their prices are fair, the service was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with.  I would recommend them to anyone needing awnings.
