 + -1 moreTHEY WERE AWFUL. THEY WERE NEVER ON TIME. THEY MEASURED THE WINDOWS WRONG THE FIRST TIME. THEY WOULD NOT COME BACK TO REPAIR THEIR MISTAKE. THEY WERE INSPECTED TWICE AND THEY DID NOT PASS EITHER TIME.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED NEW SHUTTERS ON MY WINDOWS.
