 + -1 moreComplaint Summary: 1) Company never provided a written estimate, verbal only. 2) Very poor customer service and follow-up. 3) The owner was belligerent, pejorative and downright rude when I told him I was dissatisfied with his work. 4) I had an expert pressure washing company evaluate the work of A Plus Pressure Cleaning (results below): * A Plus Pressure Cleaning did not wait the industry standard 24-48 hours to let the brick pavers dry prior to applying the sealer. * The pavers were not cleaned sufficiently prior to sealant application. * By sealing the pavers immediately after cleaning, the moisture became trapped under the sealer which resulted in several unsightly white spots. * Algaecide used on roof killed the grass below the drip line which implies the use of sodium and bleach. 5) I requested a full refund and the owner of A Plus Pressure Cleaning will not even take the time to respond. 6) Do NOT use this company or you will be sorry and out quite a bit of money with zero post service support.
Description of Work: I contracted A Plus Pressure Cleaning (Eric Severance, Owner) on 10/15/2012 and am thoroughly dissatisfied with the services rendered. I paid $ 488.00 to pressure wash the sidewalk, clean and seal brick paver driveway/rear patio, clean roof with algaecide. The residence is 2000 square feet within the Savanna community in Weston, Florida. This company is registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Southeast Florida and advertises a 2 year warranty which he does not honor. A formal complaint has also been filed with the BBB and has not been resolved as of 11/12/12.
