The cabinets were of good quality wood. I was later told that workers had not worked with this material and that is why there was so much damage to the cabinets, not scratches but everytime there needed to be a hole (microwave, dishwasher, sink plumbing) the cabinets were destroyed and they refused to replaced them.I was supposed to get granite (i only knew of real granite). Turns out they sell processed granite that is sold in long rectangular slabs (which is absolutely cheap), it means that if you have any corner, they plan to have a 45 degree seam. They are very careful in putting the word "countertop" in the contract that way you have no way of arguing the fact that you didn't get what you thought you were paying for. Granite or not they gave you a "countertop" and unless you take it to court you are out of luck. I did end up paying an additional $1200 to get real granite through another company, that separate company did a good job.The backsplash was done by a separate handyman (contractor) who also did a godd job. In summary, people outside of the company did a good job. However, the people they have doing the cabinets who seem to be their direct employees of the company are just not qualified. There is no way they have licenses because the work is too bad to be acceptable by a government entity. There is no supervision of the work being done. Getting the sales people to get to see the work is almost impossible. They did see it but have to this day done nothing about it.
