roof cleaning
+ -1 moreI was hard to get anyone to even look at the job. Southern Coatings came out but didn't return my calls and others said they could not do the work. Leonard came out immediately and gave me an estimate. The materials (Elastomeric) were quite expensive so the job cost more than expected. However, Leonard came when he said he would, he was professional, finished the job on time and did not take any money until the job was completed. He explained the problems with my roof and gave a 5 year warranty. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done and plan on hiring him for all my roofing needs in the future. He also did additional work to my flat roof and only charged for materials. So, although the job was expensive, it was good price for the value.
Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired polyurethane over tile roof. Original roof was done by Southern Coatings and needed extensive repair to holes, cracks and bubbles due to improper initial roof work by Southern Coatings. In addition to the repairs, he applied two coats of Elastomeric to the Entire Roof and a final coat of roof finish.
