i purchased a living social deal at the end of january.
they were unable to schedule until march.i have scheduled twice through their automated system.
both appts were confirmed and then canceled. the second appointment was confirmed on wednesday via their email system by them and on thursday they canceled via email system for an appointment on friday morning. all communication is through an automated system.
scheduling is terrible. i am asking for a refund of the living social coupon.

This company has two listings on Angie's List.  I am reposting my original review and their response from the other listing.

We learned about this company through GROUPON so the price we paid ($65) was much less than their regular cost.  This company really let us down.  From the very beginning there was confusion on their end about which day we had our appointment.    We paid for the service of a two-person team but only one arrived.  Because of the scheduling confusion, the company had to arrange last minute for someone to come out.   Someone finally arrived...more than an hour late.  She was ok, friendly, but really could have used another cleaner to help.  She did what she could in 5 hours. 

Long story short... we paid for 8 hours of labor and only received 5.  The job was ok. She didn't have all needed supplies, like a mop she could use to clean the floor or dusters for the fans.  The manager seems unorganized and unprofessional.  She doesn't return phone calls.

We're taking our business elsewhere.

Company Response:  All our maids are equipped with all supplies needed to complete job request. The maids are given 2 mops for each home. The groupon was for 4 hrs for one person. You recieved 5hrs.
