A CUSTOMER FIRST A/C

I have used them for years. They have been doing my A/C work for probably 20 years. I would give them A's all the way across the board. I have been using them for 20 years, A's across the years. Over the 20 years there were a few glitches here and there but I wouldn't have anybody else work on my A/C. I have used them since hurricane Andrew. They come every 6 months. I actually need to call them up to do a fix up. Because my A/C units, they are responsive the owner Francis is wonderful. I have 3 A/C units, I live in Florida. The people who did the duct work messed it up so badly they said the only way we can do this is to bring these people in. They brought Francis in and he did a remarkable job. I have had go in my attic to cover problems. Generally his people are neat they take care. Over the 20 years there were a couple that were not up to stuff. Overall I give them A's across the board. When I get ready to switch out my 3 A/C units Francis will do it for me. I don't trust anybody but Customer First. They only have 3 reviews and they are fabulous. I have used the company for over 20 years, they had to come in and clean up and fix a botched job, it was technically difficult. Three A/C units in one home, and they are extremely responsive. When I have problems they have went through hell and high water through traffic to get there. I trust them exclusively. They are personable. His help has been pretty consistent over 20 years. There has been new guys in there but he is a hard working guy. Francis the owner it top notch. I have been using them since 1994. He has put in new machines and he has service the machines. As far as the cost is concerned is the instillation of new machines. Another thing he does. I have one machine that is very very old and he will come in, his people have the knowledge to repair the unites so that if you are okay with the age of the machine they can always fix them. I have one of them that I have had for over 20 years and its still working because his people come in and pull something and put something in and get it working. He kind of fixes them too good. He can fix them and keep them working. The only thing they don't do is they don't give me the reminder call to schedule and I have to call them. They are not like hungry animals that are coming down to come down. Francis and his staff are top notch. He has gained my trust and loyalty. He has earned by business. He has worked with me over the phone. When I have to fix things to prevent further damage he has taken the time on the phone to assist me so I can prevent damage.

I checked with other companies, but they beat them all in value and customer service. He suggested a few things I could do to further improve the a/c performance when other companies charge for their suggestions and advice. He was very attentive to my needs as a customer and quite sincere.
