They were a little slow coming. They did a good job, but they were almost 2 weeks coming. Their expediency was less than great, but they did a good job.

AMAZING!!!  The sliding door opens like it's brand new!  All the screens are terrific!  Our sliding door was hard to open and the sliding screen was ripped.  All of our window screens were torn.  They are like new now.  I had a bad experience in the past was and apprehensive about the project.  I would use Better Window & Screen again in a heartbeat. The quote and the repairs were fast and done right at our house.  The service was great and the price reasonable.  Will recommend to anyone needing this service.  I had spoken to several providers on Angie's List but thankful I went with a Better Window & Screen.

They were well prepared and brought all the necessary material with them which I was very surprised about.  All the work was completed quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely use them again.  They were courteous and before they left showed me the finished product. Very satisfied.

It went very well. It was an emergency since the windows would not close so he came out as soon as he could and did very good work.

returned my call quickly and showed up on time.. Replaced a lock on the patio and repaired a window and frame that had been broken out by a dog. Looks great-cant tell anything ever happened. Also fixed a very large door with a warped frame and damaged tracks. works like new again.

We had another glass company (Not Angie's List) come out first. They quoted $450 tempered or $300 regular glass to replace the large broken pane and it would take 3-4 business days to temper the glass. When I informed him i would let him know, I got a call back in 15 minutes telling me he could do it for $300. 
A Florida Glass showed up next, and they were very honest, told us how the glass was tempered and it would be ready for installation on Tuesday. He agreed to install on Thursday when we would be home, and his price up front, on a Saturday emergency call was $325. When I asked him for a contract or paperwork, he said we did not need to sign anything, he and his brother work on handshake.
Only negative was on Thursday when they did not show up. Wife called and they said the glass had broken while being tempered....we would have believed them had they called to reschedule. We felt like they forgot to order the glass and made up an excuse about it breaking...but not a big deal.
they showed up on Friday, very professional, spent the time to clean all the broken glass that fell on floor when they replaced the pane. Were on time, did what was expected and charged us the $325. We are looking to use them again to remove all the mullions on our windows and make our house look more modern with the large panes of glass, instead of the small window paned look.
I am a bit perplexed that the receipt has a different company name on it (A Florida Glass) than A Better Window and Screen - this being Florida you may wish to ask for a written proposal and business cards up front, just in case things go wrong later.

Todd & Brian are experts and make sure everything is working perfectly before they consider the job done.  They were prompt, neat and their charges were reasonable.  Some of these windows hadn't worked well for nearly 30 years.  Now, they're better than new.

They did a great job and I will use them again for my other home.

Todd and Brian came out.  They were very professional, friendly, and prompt.  Their price was fair.  They did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them to others.  They also installed a gizmo on the door to make it more secure.  Thanks Todd and Brian.

This was not just regular screening.  My birds had poked holes in my regular screening.  I had a handyman install a grating so the birds could not get out.  But the mosquitoes were able to get in.  
I called a handyman or two as well as a screening company I've worked with for many years.  I told them I wanted screening on the outside of the grating, but all of them said I couldn't do it.
Then I called A Better Window and they knew exactly what I was talking about.  They came out and took a look and gave me a reasonable estimate.
They came right on time, did a beautiful job, and gave me exactly what I had wanted, but was afraid I could not get.until I met them.

Repaired sliding glass door that would no longer slide. Both Todd & Brian were very nice & knew how to get the job done quickly & professionally. They showed up on time, did the work at a reasonable rate and cleaned up after themselves. I would use their services again.

I was originally going to replace all of the screens around the house when I made the appointment, but in the end just decided to do one window where the window screen's frame was broken. One guy replaced that. The other guy came into the house and repaired the window balance rods. He also made sure the window closed and locked properly. Polite, professional. Accepted the Angie's List coupon. Although because they had less work than originally anticipated, they did have a minimum charge.
