As soon as I booked my appointment, Ryan reached out to us and promptly confirmed our appointment. He is extremely professional and prompt. He arrived and was fully equipped to do the inspection we needed. Ryan was extremely thorough and very detailed with all of his findings and recommendations. He took pictures and videos, as well as compiled a comprehensive report. He answered all of our questions and provided us with the information we needed to know about our home. We will be using him again in future, and We would recommend him 100 times over to everyone!

Inspectior was punctual, did a very thorough job, and furnished a comprehensive report the very next day. He pointed out evidence of flooding and possibility of mold. Consequently, we dicided not to buy the condo.

Ryan was prompt in answering all of my phone calls with questions. He was punctual for our set appointment time. Throughout the inspection he made sure to answer any and all questions/concerns I thought of and was very thorough in his explanations of issues/what needs to be fixed.
