Steve arrived as scheduled, and set it up so that I did not have to be at the house. He was so thoughtful, that although he finished at 2:00, he did not call me at work until 4:00, so I did not have to take time off of work, although I would have left early. His co-worker explained to me clearly what they had done, though I really am not that savvy about these kind of things. Steve came highly recommended. He did not require a key to my house, but I had one hidden just in case he did needed it to get into the garage. As a bit of extra they cut my plants back, and removed a gutter and cleaned it. He also gave me advice on what to do about the water stain in the garage. Of course, time will tell, but based on his experience, his attitude, and that of his worker, and my friend who referred him, I expect I will be satisfied. He did not demand partial payment in advance. I did pay once the work was completed, and gladly. Steve, the company owner is respectful, cooperative, courteous and friendly, and honest. And, he picked a good employee, in my opinion. Would highly recommend A-1 Sunshine, if you want honesty, respect, good workmanship, and good price!
