A-1 was outstanding. We had a complete failure of our 55 year old system. The cast iron lines underneath the foundation had all rusted through. To save us from tearing up the floors he tunneled under more than 15 feet and replaced all the lines. The septic tank and drain field also had to be replaced. All the work was done exceptionally well and quickly. I highly recommend A-1 Able rooter.

I'm a GC and I get upset when a subcontractor doesn't preform as they should. Mike was there when he said he would be. He went right to work. Completed the project. I will use him again.

It took about 4 days, they had to dig out everything by hand. I have an old house and the original drain lines/pipes had sunk. He had to build up the area underneath before he replaced them.

They came out the same day to clean out the septic tank. A few days later they came out to replace the broken pipes in the drainfield, which involved digging up my front yard about 4 feet deep, and then putting all that dirt back when they were done. A lot of work! Price was excellent. Phone calls were returned quickly, very polite and professional.

Mike came over and cleaned my septic tank. He was very knowledgeable and even educational about my septic system and tank..He has the feel of a family operated business and is proud of this. i would definitely use him again in the future.

He came quickly in the morning so I could shower and get to work. I have used him for 10 years and he has always done a great job. The first time he came 10 years ago he saved me thousands by fixing my distribution box which was root bound and used the existing drain field with out the need to build a new field. I think he is very honest and charged what he said he would charge.

He gave us the prices ahead of time and said it was going to be 1500.00. My tenant and my wife also heard him tell me this. After he did the job, he said it was 1800.00 and insisted this is what he makes off of this job. He wouldn't budge on it and unfortunately I am sure he took advantage if me.

"I am quite surprised considering that the other company that was there was trying to sell him a drainfield for $4,700.00 and I told him I could save him that. I did a very extensive repair bringing in equipment & gravel. I pulled out 2 feet of roots and he saw the entire proccess. I worked very hard on this job and saved him almost $3,000.00. I even guaranteed my work in writing. I have a signed invoice for $1,800.00. His neighbor came over and I did work for him as well and he was very happy. As far as we are concerned the $300 that the the member's are questioning has saved them $3,000 on a job they did not need, not to mention the sod replacement that would have been needed if they had gone with a drainfield that they did not need to begin with. I gave them an honest price for honest work and to this day it is still working. Maybe I should have just let the other company take advantage of him but I was doing them a favor and that's what you get for being nice sometimes!"
