When I called to confirm my appointment, the woman told me maybe today or tomorrow, or maybe Monday. She then confirmed someone would come out today. The technician called me to find out what the problem . After I described the issue he said it sounded like I was having major problems and he didn't really have the time for that. When he showed up and I showed him where the dishwasher was he again asked me what the problem was. He got down and looked underneath it and said that a mouse had chewed through the water line and the pump was dead. He never touched the machine, just looked at it. He then got up and left, saying he had another call to go to. We got down there ourselves and there was no hole in our water line. Both the technician and the woman I spoke to on the phone were both extremely rude. They just seems like it was a bother to talk to them or try to hire them to fix my dishwasher. The work was supposed to be done under warranty when they arrived, but now my warranty has run out and I have to pay out of pocket to have my dishwasher fixed. I would warn anyone considering using this company to find someone else. It was a complete waste of my time.
