Approximately 1 month later the replaced keyboard stopped working. While 1 Repair Center admitted they installed a defective product and were willing to replace it, they insisted I pay for the labor of the part replacement again. Considering I had already paid for this service and they provided a defective product originally, there should have been no additional cost to me for the defect. 1 Repair Center should have billed there supplier for the defective product.
Description of Work: The keyboard in my netbook stopped working and I needed it replaced. 1 Repair Center provided me with this service in a timely manner at the price discussed.
