Mr. Rich came to my door to ask about trimming the branches of my neighbor's tree that extended into yard and over my garage. He made representations about doing a good job, being neat, not "beating up my house or yard" or putting "dents" in the yard and being careful of my sprinklers. The tree looks OK, but they did beat up the lawn and then they threw the waste they raked up onto the pile of trimmed debris, which I had to then clean up after they left. In the future I will search the list and be an informed consumer and not just trust to chance the quality of work and professionalism of someone who just happens to knock on my door!
