Steve, general manager was professional & excellent at his various jobs. He was prompt, friendly & explained in detail what was to be done. He did more than was on the estimate & his work was done well.The problem was that Steve liked to have his brother work for him. He instructed him to complete certain tasks & left for several hours. Al, the brother, did a great job on the ceiling & wall paint. However, the first day, he did not cover the furniture, take down blinds etc and plaster spatter was on the couch & several other items including the blinds (difficult to clean) He did take down the blinds & covered the furniture the next day after I pointed this out. Also, he put up the blinds backwards. When the brothers worked together, all went well.The complted job was great.
