I hired them for two jobs. They were prompt and professional. The first job for land clearing and debris removal went fine so I hired them for a second smaller job of the same type. The second job like the first was for land clearing and removal of the debris. The main reason for the clearing was so I could have driveable access to a new garage. Miles knew this and sent a quote to me for $1,500. I thought it was a bit high but agreed to it anyway since his equipment was on site.The total area to be cleared was 97' by about 10'. He cleared 58', and left 39' untouched. This equates to $15.46 per foot. He basically owes me $602.94 or just finish the job as I requested him to do. Miles loaded up his equipment. He said there were power lines below somewhere and needed the are marked then he would return and finish the job. I got the power lines marked contacted Miles. He said his work there was complete. I would not hire this company agine they are not trust worthy..

"We cleared an approximate area along a 1000 ft long driveway, with no markings to indicate exactly where to stop and start. We have signed contracts that are worded accordingly. The numbers you have worked up are fabricated, after the job was complete and payment was issued. After issuing payment because the job was complete and equipment was gone, you asked if we could take a few more trees out. I told you we would when we came back to deliver and spread dirt, which you had already agreed to verbally. You texted a few days later to cancel the delivery and spreading of dirt. We do not owe you anything."

Miles Lanier is very good, polite, and honest. He came and removed two large oaks from my place. I was amazed at his skill level and how great a clean up job he did. Donâ t let his youth fool you, heâ s great! Iâ ll definitely hire him again if I decide to take out another tree. No hidden fees either, he charged exactly what he quoted me in the estimate.

Mason & Miles did a fantastic job removing 4 large uprooting Oak trees from our back yard. As tough as it was to lose all these trees, they made the process a bit less painful. They honored their quote and arrived on schedule and completed the work in such an efficient manor that all of our neighbors were a bit jealous of our hire. They took no chances with damaging our house, fencing, landscaping or large wooden deck. All of our kids really enjoyed watching them work, and they both did a terrific job educating the kids a bit on tree health/science as well as the more complicated removal techniques. . They did not complete the job I hired them to do. They completed 3 of the four trees that required trimming or removal. The fourth tree they were supposed to come back and do because they stated they did not bring their climbing gear and they could not get their bucket assembly back into my side of my house (too narrow). Later they stated the reason they didn't take their bucket assembly behind the fence was because I didn't take the fence down. I could have done that if I was physically able or i would of paid them more if that was extra but that was never mentioned when they gave me the estimate. I only paid them for the three trees they completed and not the fourth one. So I didn't lose any money but the job is still incomplete. I will hire someone else to finish the job.

"Thank you for the feedback, but some clarification is needed here. You were told when I came out to give you the estimate that a fence panel would need to come down for us to access the backyard with our lift. When we arrived, on time, on the agreed-upon date, the fence was still intact. I gave you the alternative of us coming back to climb the final tree and postponed payment for that portion of the scope until we were able to make it back."

We had the incredible pleasure of working with Miles and Tall Pine Outfitters to overhaul our glorious Live Oaks. They worked on several of our old trees, but in particular 2 that are estimated to be well over 200-300 years old. Miles approached our beauties with a love, respect and expertise that is unparalleled in today's world. From the beginning to the end of the project he and his team were communicative, professional and thorough.
