My Lucy was passing blood in her Bowels acting very tired not eating hardly. Turned out it was a Bacterial Parasite that she had caught got her some medicine and she is back to normal now! I am so glad we found them on your site they are awesome!! We see Dr. Spicer she takes the time to really listen to me when I bring our baby up to see her because Lucy is my my 4 legged child not my pet. My parents live in Jacksonville, Fl. After I told them about Willowdale Animal Clinic they started bringing their little baby up to see Dr. Spicer as well. I highly recommend Willowdale Animal Clinic to everyone !

I lived in Jax many years with varying vets. This is by far the best vet my animal companions have ever seen. We've seen all three vets here and love them all, but especially Dr. Spicer.
Dr. Spicer was amazingly compassionate and thorough with my beloved aging kitty, referred when necessary to specialists, and always patiently talked through all options and associated expenses. She also shares her animal stories so you know she understands what you are going through. I don't think I would have made it through the death of my kitty if Dr. Spicer and her office staff weren't there holding my hand. I believe my kitty loved her as well.
We are now on to 3 others who were living an hour away and seeing another vet. With their first visit to Willowdale, Dr. Spicer had thoroughly read their charts and memorized them before ever walking into the exam room... she knew just what their history was.
The vet techs and staff are wonderful too.
Lastly, Willowdale offers fair, competitive prices and I've never felt like I've been ripped off.

Been going to Dr Odonnell for 15 years and drive 45 minutes one way from beaches now due to excellent care I've always gotten. Highly recommend

I have been going to Willowdale for a few years now. I have two older dogs who each have conditions so I am a frequent visitor. I have seen all three veterinarians there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My dogs are well cared for and are healthy for their age and genetics. They diagnose, answer all of my questions, offer alternatives and aren't pushy whether I agree to ever5ything or not. They are very professional. And, you'll love their murals :-)

I saw Dr. Spicer for my cat. She was excellent!!

I give them an A across the board.

They avoid performing services that will cause unnecessary expense. One of my dogs has a chronic problem and they stopped testing since they were referring me to a surgery specialist for the issue.

Their prices are in line with my expectations based on other vets. They are very professional and answer any questions you have. I never feel rushed even though my older dogs sometimes cause me to ask many questions.

They are professional and kind to my pets. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this office for my two dogs for almost 7 years and now our new puppy goes there too. No matter what problem we are having, I know I can totally count on them. They take all my "new parent" calls and have been there during tough times with dogs with several problems. I will always take my dogs to this office. And they have three vets and although I usually see one of them, I totally trust all of them. Even if I have to see one of the other doctors, they all seem to really know my pets regardless if they were the last one to treat them.

They care about my cats, and also work with me to keep costs down. Easy to get an appointment, and they call to hear how the critters are doing afterwards.

I have been going to this vet for years now. The doctors and their assistants are excellent. The facility is clean and they work you in as best they can if you have an emergency. The receptionists could be more friendly. Overall, they really love animals there. I highly recommend Dr. Spicer. She listens and talks plainly so it's easy to understand.

We have used this veterinarian for quite sometime. They really love the animals and they treat them as if they were their own. Everyone is always so friendly. They play with the animals when they come in. The facilities are always very clean. They allow you in the exam rooms with your pets. They doctor is very well trained. They really do seem to have competitive prices for their services.
