Fantastic! Gunilla Craven went above & beyond to see to it that every detail to stage the property & make it as marketable as possible as to avoid any lag time on the market. I would definitely utilize her services again in the future & definitely refer family & friends to her. She was great!

I found Vanguard on a website and started getting follow up from a real estate agent. We were in contact long distance for over a year. I was moving from Texas to Florida. Super friendly and not pushy.
