Working with Liz was excellent - She was very responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way.
I had worked with 2 other real estate agents and put down 3 offers in the past - all 3 were unsuccessful. Bottom line they didn't have what it took to live up to my expectations.
Liz helped us look at approximately 30-40 houses. She set the appointments and made sure we got to see all the houses we wanted and even suggested a few more. She is very knowledgeable about the Fleming Island area. After we decided on a house was when I really saw the true value in what Liz brought to the table - being a first time home buyer with minimal experience she walked me through the entire process. She helped set appointments with home inspectors, surveyors, and was very responsive when working with my lender. Even during the tense negotiations at closing she ultimately looked out for my best interest and held her ground.
After closing Liz recommended a few handy men for odd jobs as well as the painting crew that did an excellent job for a great price.
Liz really brings much more to the table than your average Realtor.
