In August I gave Kitzman several opportunities to finish the job. They refused, forcing me to retain a lawyer. I thought I was hiring skilled workers, given the amount of money I paid, $102,000 to date. The back of my house remains boarded up, my electrical system had to be rewired, my concrete slab floors are still concrete. I have estimated it will take an additional $40,000 to finish and fix the job that should have been done months ago. The entire renovation experience was a disaster for my family. Try having a family dinner with no kitchen for 6 months. Bottom Line: Always insist on licensed workers and force the inspections. Check the local/state websites for complaints; I should have, as the Kitzmans had 4 other complaints against them.

Kitzman Interior Design is very good. They went out of their way to help us. They completed the remodeling project in a timely manner. The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend their services to others.
