KIM KNAPP

Following an extensive and lengthy renovation, we were ready to sell our house. We had met with several realtors. After meeting and discussing Knapp Team services, we decided to work with Kim to list and sell our house. Initial meeting occurred in late June 2009, closing took place in mid August 2009. Throughout the process, Kim was professional, positive, and reassuring. Kept us apprised at all times. She was a problem solver. Great interpersonal skills and common sense which makes a stressful event such as selling a home much easier. Her closing coordinator Sara was equally excellent, flexible, an easy person with whom to communicate. Fees were the usual and standard amount. Offers and negotiations were handled well. There was just the right balance of providing professional advice when needed/requested and letting the client make their own decisions. Estimate provided was accurate and even came in under. I am entering this evaluation at this late date because I was looking for a good property management company and saw that none of the listed agencies on Angie's list had yet been reviewed, including Kim Knapp. While I do not have input on their property management aspect, I wanted to say that overall the real estate experience with Team Knapp was excellent. No doubt she has plenty of clients already; yet a good encounter in the real estate business certainly deserves mention.
