"This was an appraisal I should not have accepted due to prior obligations and busy schedule from the beginning. Once accepted I encountered some additional unplanned out of town family issues that required my hands on attention in Atlanta. I had computer problems, printer problems, internet problems, etc where I was stationed. On top of all these issues the appraisal was a very tricky one due to its location on a small historical island and a wide range of sales prices to contend with. Anyway, I did finish the report and went overboard with using more comparable sales than is usually required in a report after knowing I was sending a refund check for $375.00 plus an additional $25.00 as a good gesture for taking so long. The client was at all times very kind and very patient and I regret what happened. This is not my normal way of doing business. As can be seen I had over 4 -4.5 to five star reviews in prior 10 days for homes in same area."

"This client's credit card was declined three times before we were paid. Less than seven days later, client stopped payment, stating he wanted it expedited. We were never told that verbally or in writing. We ceased completion of the Appraisal due to nonpayment. We could never contact the client either. We were also told to make it a certain amount and that is illegal. We were also unable to access the entire property. His false statements and accusations make him an untrustworthy client and we have, Therefore, ceased relationship with the client."
