Mr. Worthy and the young men who came to my house today were most courteous and professional. When he learned of my "F" review, he contacted me and made arrangements to look at the gutters. I explained to him my concerns about the installation on my building which is a fourplex townhome and how the rain cascades over the gutters down the walls and puddles on the ground when we have a heavy rain.. As a result, I get water in my kitchen at the foundation level. He got his ladder, inspected the gutters, checked for slope and gave me his opinion of what is causing the problem. of which there are a few factors. He went over everything in detail and answered all my questions. I wanted to pay him for the "housecall" but he said no. He then explained to me that his computer has been down and he did not know that I had contacted the company for a service call. He was most gracious and as a result of their kind and helpful demeanor - and knowledge - I must change that "F to an "A".

Tim Worthy and his crew showed the day of the project on time and ready to go.  There had been a miscommunication and they had brought the wrong color of gutters.  Without hesitation Tim went to pick up the right materials and he and his crew proceed to work.  They diligently worked throughout the day, stoping only for lunch, which they ate on site.  
The crew is a great group of young men who are very respectful and work well together.  They worked with several special situations, which required setting up a downspout under our wooden deck and also setting up a rain barrel.  Our storm door did not have enough clearance and scratched the gutter by the deck, Tim and his crew came back for a very small extra charge and replaced the damaged gutter piece and repositioned the downspout going into the rain barel while theory were here. I am very pleased with the attention to detail.
