Tim Worthy and his crew showed the day of the project on time and ready to go.  There had been a miscommunication and they had brought the wrong color of gutters.  Without hesitation Tim went to pick up the right materials and he and his crew proceed to work.  They diligently worked throughout the day, stoping only for lunch, which they ate on site.  
The crew is a great group of young men who are very respectful and work well together.  They worked with several special situations, which required setting up a downspout under our wooden deck and also setting up a rain barrel.  Our storm door did not have enough clearance and scratched the gutter by the deck, Tim and his crew came back for a very small extra charge and replaced the damaged gutter piece and repositioned the downspout going into the rain barel while theory were here. I am very pleased with the attention to detail.

Patience was the virtue company was very busy it being the rainy season other than the 3-4 week wait after purchase the experience was great contractor responded to each call and told me a date and the job was done I would recommend the company

We recently interviewed many people to install the gutter system for our home. Our needs were relatively specific and unique as we have a midcentury modern home that the standard gutter shape was not going to be aesthetically pleasing. We ran the gamut from, ?It is impossible to PUT gutters on this house? to ?You can?t do it that way? or, ?they don?t make gutters like you want?. Representatives with missing teeth and butt cracks all showed up to sell their wares. We were so pleased and fortunate to finally have met Tim Worthy who owns Gutter Solutions of Fleming Island. A former Navy pilot with a polished and professional style, he took the time to look at the unique-ness of the property, toured the home and sat down with us to hear our needs? and then totally agreed?that we needed a nonstandard style to set off the house, not detract from it. While waiting for these custom gutters took a bit of waiting, he emailed us often to keep us informed of the progress and when they were finally installed, the entire neighborhood commented on how not only could you not tell the home now had gutters but they added a modern finished look the home. No one else would take the time to listen to what we needed or try to understand why. We have now recommended him to others with similar homes and needs. He was fantastic and we will be calling on him when the rest of the home is renovated for more. He was one of the few contractors we have met during our two year renovation that produced what he promised and left us smiling with no complaints. We were so thrilled to write him his check? AND he was less that many for the standard gutter system even though this was much better quality.
