Excellent - fast, neat, attention to details.

It went well.  Should have taken photo of the way trim was painted and would have liked a choice between flat or gloss.

Did interior first.  Waited  while I tried different colors on exterior before deciding; then had to wait app. 30 days for  ARC approval. They were ready to go when I got the approval. Masked  areas very well that were not to be painted.  Very pleased with the result.

They were very professional , arrived on time, were precise, and had no issues working without supervision, would definitely call to paint for us again.

The painting is as described above, but that certainly does not do justice to the quality of the work!  As previous clients we had anticipated the same degree of excellence as when they painted the outside of the house one year ago.  They more than exceeded our expectations!.  They were prompt, thorough, and professional.  Paul probably saved us money, too, by showing us that other than the front door and stair rail, all of the bedroom doors did NOT need to be painted. Nor did the crown molding nor chair-rail require painting. They cleaned up so well that one would never know they were here. They advised us, too, to use an egg-shell paint rather than the flat paint that was used 12 years ago in this model home.  The flat paint had made cleaning any grime on the walls nearly impossible.  
Initially we thought the price to be high, but in hind sight, considering the quality of their workmanship, the utilization of the best paint available, their professionalism, and how quickly the job was finished, their pricing was more than fair.
We look forward to having them come back to get the bedrooms and bathrooms painted. My best advice is: look around if you must, but I think you will find ultimate satisfaction with Paul and Tammy/Fleming Island Painters. Using a 5 star grading system (with 5 stars being the highest) I give them 5+!

Paul provided me with an estimate and we agreed on the  price.  He told me what time he would arrive to begin the work and arrived promptly.  He power washed the entire house, including the screened porchand caulked all appropriate areas.  On the second day he sprayed and rolled paint to the house exterior walls.  He arrived with Tammy the third day and they painted all the trim and installed new porch lights.   He agreed to do a little extra work for me and put up some new shutters.  The house looked amazing!  Neighbors stopped to compliment the work that was done.  I would highly recommend this company to others.  The price is reasonable and the work is of high quality.

Paul showed up same day as the initial call for an estimate.  He was up front and honest in the work they'd perform.  I showed him areas around the house that had some water damage as a result of poor drainage.  He told me he'd be sure to pay extra attention to them.  Paul comes across as a real straight-shooter and, in my experience dealing with people that speaks volumes.  So, I told him I'd like him to do the work.  He explained he'd contact me ASAP with an approximate date (about 2.5 weeks out).   He indicated to simply go ahead and let him know the colors and he'd be on it.  That's all it took. 
Paul called a week before and told me he'd be able to start a few days earlier.  He showed up on time and, got right to work the first day pressure washing and caulking cracks in the plaster etc. Day two they started painting.  And Day three they did all the trim and finish work.  I called him on day two and expressed some concern with a few areas and he got right on them (areas we hadn't previously discussed that I noticed after).  
He completed the job today and the house looks new.  He did a fantastic job.  He had to work about numerous bushes etc. planted too close to the home and, did a seamless job.  All the trim work is A1 perfect.  The finished job is more exacting than when the home was originally painted.  
So - if you are picking between Fleming Island Painters and another Painter... my recommendation is go with Fleming Island Painters.  Money well spent.  Super happy with the work.

Paul and Tammy were absolutely the BEST!!  From start to finish they were punctual, thorough, and exhibited their knowledge of paints, colors, what would work and what wouldn't work.  Their pricing was very competitive  and so much less than my initial thoughts of going with a ceramic coating. They insisted, too, that payment did not have to be made until they were finished and we were totally satisfied.
I plan on sharing our satisfaction with as many people as i can... Fleming Island Painters.... and, yes, we will have them back to paint our interiors in the near future.

Got an estimate, received Eagle Harbor ARC approval, arranged a painting start date, and they were done from start to finish in only a few days.  Very punctual, reliable, and stuck to their schedule and estimate.  Absolutely no surprises or hiccups.  Very pleased.

Paul and Tammy were faily priced and highly recommended so I hired them to paint both the exterior and interior of my home.  They were prompt and always on schedule or ahead of schedule.  They were very professional and immaculate in their work.  They did an exceptional job and everything turned out beautifully!  I am extremely pleased.  They are a very nice couple to work with and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Paul and Tammy were very professional, provided all services on time, and were polite and courteous. We asked them to pressure wash back patio and driveway and they happily agreed, and did it at no extra charge. Once the project started we asked them to paint an extra area and they, again, happily obliged. It was a very minimal extra charge (but lots of extra work), and they still finished in the time frame they promised. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were a referral from a friend, and I now, would proudly refer them as well.

Overall, Fleming Island Painters did an exceptional job.  They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual!  They finished the job in the estimated time and exceeded expectations.  The products they used were of the highest quality and they treated the home as if it was their own.  We've already recommended them to our neighbors who also used FI Painters and received similar results.
Highly recommend them if you are looking to do some interior/exterior painting.

Paul was great!  tidy, fast, professional, hard working, personable, reliable to show when he said he was going to be here and most importantly,  did a great job!  Will definitely use him again and would recommend to all.
