Great! He called to schedule to give me an estimate the next day (Dec. 23) but we were going out of town for the day so he rescheduled for Monday Dec. 26. He brought a helper and they gave us an estimate and did the work in about 2 hrs. They were hardworkers. I'd definitely call them again.

First of all, Craig was the 1st of 3 vendors that actually called me back. I had called 2 other Angie's List vendors with 2015 top awards noted. Neither of the 2 called me back, nor responded to my email. It was about 2 weeks after Hurricane Matthew, so I know some companies were probably still busy. (I would like to have at least gotten a call/email to say such.) As my hunt for help wasn't going well, I was truly relieved when Craig, himself, answered the phone. He came out to my house that same day to give a quote. He offered a couple of options for how much to trim/branches removed, etc and decent pricing for the options. He then said he could come by later in the week to complete the work. We chose the more 'complete' option which involved removing 1 very large limb and then heavy trimming on the side facing the neighbor's house. He even cuts up the branches into smaller pieces and leaves them neatly piled by the street for "green" trash pick up! And, I do mean neat! Not only did he do nice work on the tree, I was surprised at how neat he stacked the "trash" for us. I definitely would recommend Craig Snyder for tree work. Thank you Craig!

It went very good. The crew even stayed overtime to finish the job. They were neatly dressed and very professional in how they treated me. Got to give them high marks.

After an initial issue to get in contact everything went well. They did a good job and the realtor's pictures look great!

Craig did a great job. Yard looked great we he was finished. Paid for 4 hours of labor and definitely got my monies worth. Would have taken me a whole weekend and a bottle of advil to do the same amount of work. Will use him again.
