The last conversation(8/24) we had was to get keys and a garage door opener. There are 3 of us living here! They gave us 1 key and a garage opener that worked and one that needed to be programmed. My husband went and had additional keys made. When he got back he found 7 keys around the home that worked in the locks! We had to take time out of moving our things to go do this! They should have told us there are more keys in the house that we can use! From the time we saw this property and expressed interest in the home, we have been having issues. One of the things we asked for before we moved in was to have the pool cleaned and ready! I have made them very aware of the situation and they never got it done! People from the property management company bailed them out; I called them to ask why the backdoor was unlocked and the pool had not been cleaned. They sent someone over immediately. Collins Realty never followed up on anything they promised to take care of before moving in. I have had to call them multiple times to get follow up done! I am glad we are done with them and moving on to the property management company who seems to be much more responsive to get things taken care of. Collins Realty has given us terrible customer service and we will not use them in the future!
