I've worked with Kerri previously at another agency and had a great experience, so I hired her again to purchase another house. I am out of state and I depended on her to be my eyes and ears on site, and she did not let me down. She recommended properties and strategies, and made good estimates of the rental price I could ask. She took cell phone videos of properties I was seriously interested in, which gave me a much better idea of the property than I could get from the seller photos. Kerri handled everything through and after closing. Her husband also does home repairs. The house was a mess from a previous renter, and Randy did a great job of fixing the place up to make it rental ready. The one surprise was a $225 broker charge. Normally all realtor charges are paid by the seller, and this charge to the buyer was unexpected and unexplained. I gather it's required by Keller Williams but not her previous company.
