I have joined the homebuying club for the first time a little later in life than most. Every move we have done always came with an initial thought of buying, but we always seemed to get spooked away. And who could blame us - it isn't a small committment afterall, along with search after search, finding the right perfect place, the legalese, closing - it is not for the feint of heart. This cannot be overstated. We found a home that matched every one of our wants and needs - the One! so-to-speak. I called him, long-distance, and on a Sunday no doubt. He made it happen. From offer to close it was about 4-5 weeks. A few stressful moments, but overall relatively smooth and we are extremely happy. I would like to tell you that our experience is typical in homebuying, regardless, there is no way it would have went the way it did without Chad Harris. He has truly raised the standard for what a home buying venture should be, talked me down when I needed it, the advice, the guidance, the professionalism, there is nobody I would trust more in buying or selling a home. Truly the hardest working person in real estate. Excited beyond words to begin our new chapter.
